11. Description of coterminous foreign territory, in respect to-
(a) Frontier topography;
(b) Military resources;
(c) Railway system, and facilities afforded thereby for massing a
hostile force at any point of the frontier line.
N.B. There are only a few colonies to which all the foregoing items apply But there is no colony to which some of the items are not applicable.
